4. What Happens After We Receive a Notice

After receiving a notice, we may review the information provided, request additional details if needed, and remove or disable access to the material identified in the complaint if the notice appears sufficiently complete and credible.

We may also forward relevant parts of the complaint to the person or party associated with the reported material so they can understand the claim and respond where appropriate.

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice should include enough information for us to identify the removed material and evaluate your response.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access for users or parties who are the subject of repeated or credible claims of copyright infringement, where appropriate and consistent with applicable law.

7. Misrepresentations

Please do not submit false, misleading, or bad-faith notices or counter-notices. Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a copyright complaint or response may expose the sender to legal consequences.
